Programs

Toy Collection & Repair

We collect toys from families, schools, and local partners. Volunteers clean, safety‑check, repair, and re‑package them for donation.

Annual impact: 2,000–3,000 toys donated across Pennsylvania and neighboring areas.

Toy Swap Day

Twice a year, children bring gently‑used toys to swap for something “new‑to‑them,” learning sharing and sustainability.

Each event: 300–500 families, hundreds of toys exchanged, smiles all around.

One Toy • One Smile

Seasonal drives (Winter Holidays, Children’s Day) to rally donations with local businesses and community groups.

Goal per drive: 1,000+ toys collected and distributed to families in need.

Inspirational Story

In Christmas 2024, neighbors in Abington contributed over 500 pre‑loved toys. Our volunteers cleaned, repaired, and wrapped them as gifts. The toys found their way to a small shelter in Montgomery County — and the children’s bright smiles inspired us to expand “One Toy • One Smile” across more communities in 2025.
